ADASA Complaints Management System

ADASA is a professional association for dentists. It has no statutory powers to investigate complaints. However, we will use our best endeavours, with the help of Community Relations Officers (CROs), to assist both patient and dentist in resolving a complaint to everyone's satisfaction.  Please download the ADASA Complaints Management Brochure for further information about this service.
