B.D.Sc. (Melb), Dip. Clin.Hyp.Adv.Dip. Alexander Studies
Practising for over 30 years Aniko suffered frequently from neck, back and shoulder pain. Doctors and physical therapists offered short-term symptom relief without identifying her condition as work related. Fortunately the Inner Ergonomics principles of the Alexander Technique helped her regonize and change her harmful work-postures: she learned about biomechanical design and got well. After undertaking a 1600 hour training course; Aniko founded "Optimum Dental Posture". Her vision is reducing the incidence of occupational chronic pain in dentistry. She has presented at ADA Congresses and CPD courses.
